Meet Natasha

Natasha is a highly respected professional in the yachting industry, known for her outgoing personality and unwavering dedication. With a strong background and a friendly approach, she consistently goes above and beyond in her work. Her journey in the maritime world began at just 5 years old, where she was introduced to sailing and fishing by her grandfather, uncle, and cousin—all of whom have served as captains on commercial and private yachts.

Her passion for the ocean and logistics within the yachting industry has driven Natasha to achieve remarkable milestones throughout her career. She started as a deckhand and quickly progressed to bosun, then first mate, and ultimately captain aboard yachts over 30 meters. By the age of 19, she left Gibraltar to pursue exciting opportunities abroad.

Continuing her professional development, Natasha earned a Yacht Management Diploma in the UK and worked as a port agent, and charter manager for a very demanding company further enhancing her expertise in the field. In addition to her maritime accomplishments, she has made significant strides as a personal trainer, completing her diploma and coaching girls’ football and basketball teams.

Natasha’s blend of experience, energy, and trustworthiness makes her an invaluable asset to the team within the yachting and maritime industry.

Craig De La Rosa brings strong leadership and financial expertise to Ocean-Us Ltd. Having served over five years in the military, where he rose to the rank of Corporal, Craig developed a disciplined and results-driven approach that he carries into his role today.

With a solid background and qualifications in finance and accountancy, Craig oversees client accounts with precision and integrity. He leads a dedicated team of financial advisors who provide expert guidance and support to clients and partners across London, Monaco, and Dubai. His reliability and professionalism have made him an integral part of the Ocean-us management team from the very beginning.

As Project Manager lead at Ocean-Us, I bring a hands-on, follow-through mindset to every project — ensuring each detail is executed with precision and care. With strong ideation skills and a proactive approach, I’m committed to turning ideas into impactful results that elevate client experiences and business growth. I take pride in exceeding expectations, delivering excellence, and driving innovation within the luxury yachting industry.
